I feel really good about my eating plan right now. I am not struggling with hunger and I am eating a lot of good stuff.
I am in the zone. The zone is where you have complete focus and don’t ever stray from your plan. A good example is when I was making mashed potatoes for the kids. The right amount of butter, milk and seasoning is important but I made Emily taste it to make sure it was good because I didn’t even want to taste and risk giving in to the temptation of ‘more tastes’.
